The Chapter Vault provides full-service publishing and content development solutions. All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope at the time of order. Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Reviewing drafts and deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensuring final approval before publication or distribution

Any changes beyond the initial agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

An order is considered confirmed once payment (full or partial) has been received.

We accept payments via secure and recognized payment methods. By completing a transaction, you authorize The Chapter Vault to process the payment for the agreed services.

All pricing is agreed upon prior to project initiation.

Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any material they provide does not infringe on third-party rights.

• Immediate suspension of services
• Permanent restriction from future engagement

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses, revenue loss, or reputational impact
• Outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, publishing channels)

All client information and project details are treated as confidential. We do not share or disclose client data without consent, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
